Coaching Philosophy:

 I coach soccer (and also referee) in order to give back to the Game that I love and that has enriched my life in many ways.  Soccer has been a big part of my life since I was 10 years old, and, along the way, has provided me with a competitive outlet, tested my endurance and perseverance, and taught me many life lessons, including how to work as part of a team, the necessity to develop oneself to one’s fullest potential, and to win and lose with class and grace.  Most importantly, soccer has provided me with my closest and dearest friends.

 My specific philosophies towards the Game are that: “everybody is an attacker, and everybody is a defender;” the attack begins in the back and the defense begins in the front; the team attacks and the team defends; and successful teams are quick in transition.
